  Turtleheads in Glory
Watercolor painting, 13" x 16", with mat and frame,
9" x 12" without mat and frame. This painting was an experiment in texture techniques. The flower is really a cream gentian and I just fell in love with the title and couldn't change it once I realized my mistake. Cream gentians are growing in our fields and are always a treat to see.
