Watercolor and Ink, 10" x 7", without mat and frame. Have you ever noticed those exuberant trees by riverbanks? They always make me think of Demi Moore in Striptease, when she came out on stage, ripping her shirt off. Isn't it amazing that trees can be so expressive?

This painting will be displayed at Lillian Davis Hogan Galleries at St. Mary' University or Paul Watkins Hall at Winona State University in Winona, Minnesota. The exhibition will open Friday, June 18 and continue through July 29, 2010. Receptions at both galleries are scheduled for June 18 starting at 6:00 pm at WSU and continuing at 8:00 at SMU until 10:00 pm. Prizewinners will be honored during the receptions. The artists and the public are invited to attend.
